Administrator Role, Permanent, Full Time

Your new company
Lead by Gail McEvoy we are one of the leading accountancy firms in the North East consisting of accountants, tax consultants, auditors, bookkeeping and payroll specialists.  Due to growing demands we are looking for you to join our team on a permanent full time basis.

Your new role
In addition to administration support, you will act as the first point of contact for clients using our service and general practice administration duties. You will be responsible for answering the phone and dealing with queries. Effective management of data and both client and staff communication, supporting other team members and occasional bookkeeping will also form part of your role.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you must have experience in a similar role. You will have a proficient level of computer literacy and be competent in MS office, Office 365, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. You will be a team player with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment. An interest in marketing would also be beneficial.
