Establishing a company in Ireland for Non-Residents

Here are some initial things to consider if you wish to register a company in Ireland.

  • Company name

  • Company Type

  • Constitution/Activities

  • Registered Office

  • Directors – at least one. Must be EU resident, if not, a bond is necessary.

  • Company Secretary

  • Authorized & issued share capital.

We can advise on all aspects of incorporation including providing a registered office.

Once your company is incorporated, we can assist with Tax registration, opening bank accounts and of course the traditional Accounting and payroll services.
