The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – “12 Steps to take now”

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply from 25 May 2018, replacing the current data protection regime with a new compliance framework, including new or increased obligations for data controllers, transparency and accountability requirements, security requirements, enforcement powers and sanctions, and rights for individuals.
